Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport

We was flying today from Izmir Airport I am very disappointed with the service was provided to us to not forget about how long we need to wait to open checking.We was flying to Gatwick Airport we was waiting from 9 till 10:45 to checking desk to be open ladies come in groups very unprofessional very rude not even let people know what time desks will be open.Another think when we was waiting in gate 228 security close the area and tell us we need to have checks everyone was so surprised I never see anything like this in my life.They prepared the tables put barriers in place and tell us to stand in the line because will be checking.They have machine what security was unable to explain because no English they open each bag swap with paper people was so angry.The worse airport ever no communication staff poorly trained and rude very rude .I was security officer at London Luton airport and this what I see it should be reported and manager and staff should be well informed how to treat and speak with passengers.

As airports go it's not bad. Efficient check in. A Starbucks is available once through security. Reasonable amount of seating. Car parking sufficient and relatively cheap.

Love the idea of only Turkish product can be sold in. Amazing airport and nice gates.

Great airport for in country flights. I traveled at 1300 on Monday and security lines were well staffed and fast. Limited food beyond security. Cake & Bake has a good selection of pastries and some food.

Not too 5 airports in Turkey but overall it’s alright. Bathrooms are dirty and has a strong unpleasant smell. Prices of food and beverages are expected to be double at any airports but here on Izmir the prices are way too expensive. 20tl for a bottle of water. Security staff may be night but know no English whatsoever and for an international airport in Turkey it is a bid unexpected.

Great airport practically in the city. Loads of security checks to make sure you're safe. Will definitely come back again

Stayed there from midnight to 6 o’clock in the morning! It’s January so it’s empty but really great job and nice staff (Btw easy access through metro aka Izban)

Follow the rules of disease prevention. Friendly staff, always happy to help. Satisfied with the service
