Firma ile en son görüştüğümde lastik gelecek dendi. 3 hafta önce de lastik bekliyorduk. Durumun aciliyetinden dolayı lastiksiz gönderilmesini talep ettim. Öncesinde görüştüğüm Kadir isimli firma çalışanı hiçbir şekilde telefonlarını açmıyor, cevap vermiyor. Makineyi almadan önce bu kadar üretici ugrastiriliyorsa aldıktan sonra yedek parça yahut arıza durumlarında ne denli ugrasirdik düşünemiyorum . İsmini bölgemizde zamanında iyi şekilde duyurmuş kurumsal firmanıza yakışmıyor.
We ordered a feed mixer from İzelmak company through its dealer. Today, tomorrow, we left two and a half months behind. The last time I met with the company, it was said that the tire will come. We were expecting tires 3 weeks ago. Due to the urgency of the situation, I requested that it be sent without tires. The employee of the company named Kadir, whom I talked to before, does not open or answer in any way. If so many manufacturers are being dealt with before buying the machine, I cannot imagine how much we would deal with spare parts or breakdowns after purchasing. It does not suit your corporate company, which has made its name well known in our region on time.
