★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İstikbal-Yılmaz Ev Concept'ten bundan yaklaşık üç ay önce mutfak için masa sandalye seti aldık. Anlaştığımız üzere yaklaşık bir ay sonra ürün geldi ama bazı parçaları eksikti. İstek oluşturuyoruz, eksiklerinizi en erken sürede getirip, kurulumunuzu yapacağız deyip gittiler. İki aydır birkaç defadır arayıp, hatta bizzat mağazaya gitmeme rağmen hala eksik parçalar gelmedi ve sandalyaler kurulmadı. Asla bu mağazayı tercih etmeyin. Ben 'İstikbal'de problem yaşamam.' diye burayı tercih edip, diğer firmalara nazaran daha fazla ödeme yapsam da çok pişman oldum.
 We purchased a table and chair set for the kitchen from İstikbal-Yılmaz Ev Concept about three months ago. As we agreed, the product arrived about a month later, but some parts were missing. We create a request, they said that we will bring your deficiencies as soon as possible and set up. In the past two months, I have called several times and even went to the store personally, but the missing parts have not arrived and the sandals have not been installed. Never choose this store. I don't have any problems in Istikbal. Although I chose this place and paid more than other companies, I regretted it very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir yıldız bile çok asla sözünde durmayan bir firma alışveriş yapmayın. 2 ay oldu hala söz verdikleri ürünün teslimini yapmadıkları gibi mağduriyeti gidermek için de hiç uğraşmıyorlar. Ödeme yapılırken bu şekilde değil ama.... Satın alırken ellerinde olduğunu söyledikleri ürün için teslim zamanı gelince "Pardon, hata varmış elimizde yokmuş!" diyerek mağduriyeti katlıyorlar.
Do not buy from a company that does not keep its word, even if one star is too much. It's been 2 months and they still don't deliver the product they promised, and they don't even try to fix the grievance. It's not like this when payment is made, but.... When the delivery time comes for the product they said they had when they bought it, "Sorry, there was a mistake, we didn't have it!" they multiply the suffering by saying.

Bir oda takımı gönderecekler haftalarca resmen bizimle dalga geçtiler parçaları yarım yamalak gönderdiler,sürekli tarihi ertelediler ,surekli yalan söylediler .
Ürünün bir parçası (baza başlığı) tüm parçaları gönderecekleri tarihten 2 ay sonra gelecekmiş satarken bunu bize söylemediler.
Alışveriş yapmanızı tavsiye etmem.

They will send a room set, they have officially mocked us for weeks, sent the pieces in a sloppy way, they constantly postponed the date, they constantly lied.
They did not tell us that a part of the product (base head) would arrive 2 months after the date they ship all the parts.
I would not recommend you to shop.
