С неохотой пооусонный сотрудник прошла с нами на 2 этаж, не знает ни цен, ни ассортимента, не имеет понятия о товаре и правилах работы с клиентами. Когда я пытался сделать замечание спящему старшему, как я понял, продавцу, он не подумал как то изменить ситуацию, узнать что мне надо, разговаривал со мной как ревизор. Пустой зал, покупателей нет. И не будет у этой фирмы надеюсь, с такими продавцами . Пусть проходят обучение технике торговли у Bilal mobilya, gurses, RG mobilya. Я у них сегодня был тепло принят, открыл заказы на приобретение.
