1 ay önce teşhir ürünü olan bir yatak odası beğendik ve kararımızı verdik. Satış temsilcisi ilkay hanımla akşamda görüştük ve çalıştığımı saat 17.00 gibi geleceğimi söyledim. Erken çıkıp saat 15.00 de gittiğimde sağolsun yatak odasını satmış evrak işlerini çözmeye çalışıyordu :) hayır bi ara haber ver bari. Haa sonra noldu? Aspendos istikbal mağazasından aynı ürünü teşhir fiyatına aldım ki kazıklayacakmış abla bizi zaten :) bir de ben aspendosa bakayım o zaman dediğimde ‘orası da bizim orada da yok ‘ diye artistik yapmıştı hanım abla :) bunların da aspendosta mağazası varmış orası değil köşedeki istikbalden aldık ve kazıklanmadık ilkay ablacım. Sevgiler ?

Dünyada bir tek bu şube kalsa yine de almayın. Söz verdikleri süreden bir ay sonra gönderdiler yatak odası takımımı üstelik yanlış ürün geldi ilk on beş gün sonra değiştirdiler. 4 aylık evliyim ilk defa bugün eşyaların yerini değiştirmek için çektim ve mobilyamı montaj esnasında delmişler üstüne de anlamayalım diye bant yapıştırmışlar. Şikayet edeceğiz.

ISTIKBAL Konyaaltı ANTALYA - worse service ever! Akdeniz Bulvari Sarisu Mah 121 Sok. Manager - Ilkay Sabuncu After more than 3 months waiting with 100% prepayment they still not delivered our order! When we made our order in November'20 they told us that after 2 weeks we will have it, but now is 25.02.2021 and ve still dont have it. Every day they promised us that "tomorrow" they will delivered.. I can understand everything, but not lies! Months now they say: "wait please, on Tuesday ve will deliver" "on Friday ve will deliver" "for sure tomorrow ve will deliver" and so on, We stayed at home all those days and was waiting. No respect at ALL! Why they dont say the truth to their clients when they take money? Today i learned that i can do complains at Zabıta müdürlüğü and Kaimakamlik and i told this to the manager of İstikbal. After that they sent me a message that they can give back my money. After more than 3 months waiting. They used my money more than 3 months, they told me every week that they will deliver. Worse company service ever!

In Turkey, you should negotiate almost for everything, you can receive better deal condition, delivery time, price. This shop is very good if you want to furnish your home. If you are a foreigner, you are strongly recommended to buy from well-known Shops.

We bought a bed from here. İsle was very good to work with and helped us find one that we are happy with. The installation crew was efficient when they came. We had to order the bed as it's 180cm instead of the standard 160cm. As such it was scheduled to be delivered after 40 days. It ended up taking over 60 as there was a lockdown during it that apparently slowed things down. Apart from that, the bed is great and we are happy.
