I had a nice time at the Istikamet bakery. I always come. Their pastries and openings are very nice. They also serve as a restuarant. They only have one shortcoming. Their tea is not completely fresh. But if I look at the general and the whole, I recommend it. Especially the very beautiful one they call kete, I loved the cheese. Cleanliness and hygiene are at the forefront.

I have never seen a place that makes Milas pastry so good, they have captured this flavor that has been passed down from generation to generation. Not only Milas pastry, but also Hoşverdi, cold baklava, tasted great. I've visited so many places, I've eaten good food from many places, but I haven't eaten such a good one. If you like Izmir bomb, I would say enjoy the liquid chocolate in it, fresh out of the oven, in the morning. If you happen to be in Milas, definitely stop by Istikamet. No matter which corner of the city you are in, you will be close to one of the 3 destination bakeries.
