 The vehicle arrived just in time. We had a safe trip. The driver was a very respectful, helpful and knowledgeable gentleman.

I arrived today, although I had a reservation, nobody was there at the airport. I wasn't picked up! I took a taxi home. Not recommended!

Minuten wurden wir über WhatsApp kontaktiert. Erst wurde mir gesagt das sas System automatisch einen falschen Betrag angezeigt hat, danach kam die Ausrede „es ist noch zu früh um für Mitte Januar ein Transfer zu buchen“. Nach dem ich gesagt habe das ich, dass alles nicht so seriös finde kam keine Entschuldigung o.ä. nur „alles klar haben wir storniert „
We booked the transfer and received the reservation confirmation. After approx. 10
Minutes we were contacted via WhatsApp. First I was told that the sas system had automatically displayed the wrong amount, then the excuse "it is still too early to book a transfer for mid-January" came up. After I said that I didn't think everything was so serious, there was no apology or anything like that just "all right, we canceled"
