★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from the food in the restaurant, the rest is not very good. Housekeeping is hit and miss. English level of the staff is almost non existent, apart from the senior management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious room and bathroom. Heating and AC working well. Very good breakfast and helpful staff. There is a big Spa and swimming pool. Quiet neighborhood and easy to find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very satisfied with my stay, it is because my family and I have been treated well by Ibrahim a young man, wich is very well at the reception, he always asks if we are fine and he even gave us a room which was even better than what we actually booked, a very good staff, no I would even say a good friend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at there two times in August 2016 and 2017. Don't expect too much but it's in your hand to get all the joy. First of all hotel has sauna, indoor-outdoor pool with thermal water and great yard. If you stay there during week time you get all the peace you want without any noise. It is also very close to Tuzla seaside, which has all types of restaurants and cafes.
