Faaliyet belgesi ücretinin ödemesi için banka bilgileri istememe rağmen ısrarla paranın bugün geçmeyeceğini, üstelik ödemeyi halkbankası üzerinden ve mesai saatleri içerisinde yapmama rağmen "para gelene kadar oturur beklersin" cümlesi hoş değil. Olumsuz!
 The staff who do consultation and paperwork are very cold. Even though I asked for bank information to pay for the activity certificate fee, the sentence of the money will not pass today, and even though I made the payment through the Halkbank and during working hours, the sentence "you wait until the money comes" is not pleasant.
