We place an order and wait patiently for more than 1 hour, but it can't come. So either they are too slow or they don't care about the customer. Zero customer satisfaction. It's as if they are doing their best not to bring the order, even when taking it. Very sad indeed. The taste of their products is legendary, but they lose customers with this reluctance.
