One of the shopkeepers came out and tried to clean the water drained by the car so that the smell would go away. This is a district center of a big city, not a mountain, but a stone, I really wondered if the people in charge of this job in the municipality have no respect for the people, the shopkeepers, and most importantly, for themselves and their duty?
