Isparta bir öğrenci şehri değildir. Malesef mecburiyetten gelen öğrencilerin işini kolaylaştıracak en ufak bir düzenleme ve hizmet yok. Ulaşım gibi belediyenin asli vazifesi sayılabilecek bir görevi dahi ilgisiz işini iyi yapmayan bir kooperatife devrederek tekelleşmeye yol açan bir belediyenin iyi hizmet verdiğinden söz edilemez. I don't think that a municipality that can't plan a bus route and time compared to the dormitories built by the ministry for thousands of people can handle other complicated tasks. Isparta is not a student city. Unfortunately, there is not the slightest arrangement or service that will facilitate the work of students coming from necessity. It cannot be said that a municipality that leads to monopolization by transferring even a task such as transportation, which can be considered as the main duty of the municipality, to a cooperative that does not do its irrelevant job well, provides good service.
