I have been having my carpets washed by the carpet service for 3 years, they wash it very cleanly and they deliver it as soon as possible, I highly recommend it, and I think there was a leader in washing the sofa, I think Mr. Halil washes it very cleanly, also very friendly, I recommend it.

Adeta halının tüyleri yolunmuş gibi.Bunun için bir tazminat ödeyin dedim bizden kaynaklanmıyor diyerek reddettiler.Halbuki bir öncesinde de aynı firmaya yıkattığım halıyı başka bir firmaya yıkattığımı iddia ettiler.Bu firmaya halılarınızı emanet ederek riske atmayınız.Çünkü yaptıkları işin arkasında durmayan profesyonellikten uzak bir firma kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.
They delivered my 3 square meter wool runner in a way that was impossible to fix. It's almost as if the hairs of the carpet were plucked. I said pay a compensation for this, they refused, saying it was not from us. However, they claimed that I had another company wash the carpet that I had had the same company washed before. Do not risk entrusting your carpets to this company. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halılar makine ile değil elde yıkanmış gibi yeterince temizlenmemiş zaten en basit lekeler dahi geçmemiş, üstelik fazlasıyla nemli olarak geldi halıyı hemen açmamıza rağmen halıda sararmalar vardı. Son olarak teslimat 2 hafta sürdü kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, bu deneyimim ilk ve son oldu.
The carpets were not cleaned enough, as if they were washed by hand, not by machine, even the simplest stains did not go away, and even though we opened the carpet immediately, there was yellowing on the carpet. Finally, the delivery took 2 weeks, I definitely do not recommend it, this was my first and last experience.
