I strongly advise you not to stay in this hotel, the rooms are freezing at night especially in winter, hygiene remains to be desired and the staff are very poorly polite when you are a foreigner it does not even deserve to come

It is located in the best place but they extremely rude, they will charge you hidden fees when your are checking out. They provide some snacks in the room but will eventually charge extremely high price when you are ready to check out so do not try to eat any thing they bring in the room.

Bad Quality and safety....guess the power board is open in clothes wardrobe?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️

Clean, calm, in a relatively central location, and has a friendly and cooperative staff.

Dirty carpets, cheap beds and terrible service. Rude receptionist who is ready to rip you off unless you fight back. Lazy staff that you have repeatedly order around for them to do the simplest things.

The only pro is the location. But the bad out weighs the good. The room we first arrived in had a foul smelling bathroom. Kind of like a sewage smell. We couldn’t bare it, and so we asked for a room change. They sent us to a another similar looking room. The room smelled ok, but then seen a roach on the wall! This shows that this hotel doesn’t value cleanliness. Also they had a rude respecting lady with a bad attitude. She looked like she did not enjoy working there, and couldn’t be bothered. I asked her two times for the wifi password. It was incorrect both times. We checked out early. Before the checkout time. We did not want to stay there any longer.

I wouldn't consider this a Western 4-star hotel, more so 3-star. It has the basics and it's close to Kizilay Square so you have a lot of shopping and restaurant options. The staff are nicer once you speak Turkish or attempt to. One of the housekeeping ladies was extremely kind and loved her job. She was always eager to help keep the room clean. The internet was pretty good but the bathroom was very small and the bedding and lighting wasn't the best. Sometimes small rips in the sheets and very dim lights. Also, it's a non-smoking hotel but apparently someone in one of the rooms didn't get the memo because the smell occasionally came through the vents. As a solution, I was given air freshener spray. Towards the end of the stay, the A/C stopped working and was turned off for repairs. All in all, for a short term stay it's not that bad.
