 It was built by the uncle of Fatih, one of the Candaroğulları, by İsmail Bey. About 570 years old. A well-kept and very beautiful complex. Do not leave Kastamonu without seeing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muhteşem bir külliye ve cami yaklaşık 600 yıllık olmasına rağmen hala ihtişamını muhafaza ediyor olması çok etkileyici. Taç kapısı puzzle şeklinde. Yaptıran kişinin Fatih Sultan Mehmet hanın dayısı olması ayrı bir öneme sahip. Sonrasında da Filibeye sürgün gönderilmiş.
It is very impressive that a magnificent complex and mosque still preserves its splendor even though it is about 600 years old. The crown gate is in the form of a puzzle. It is of particular importance that the person who made it was Fatih Sultan Mehmet's uncle. Afterwards, he was exiled to Plovdiv.

It is a wonderful cultural heritage from the principalities period. It was built in the 15th century by İsmail Bey, the last Emir of the Candaroğulları Principality. The Kulliye is a magnificent monument located on the dominant hill, which houses many units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cami güzel, yanında kapalı alanda türbe var, onun yanında deve hanı diye han var içinde biraz hediyelik eşya ve kafeterya var. Han da bulunan eşyaların bir kısmı yanındaki işhanında üretiliyor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Candaroğlu İsmail Bey tarafından inşa edilmiş olan İsmail Bey Külliyesi, inşa edildiği dönemin ruhunu yansıtabilen, şehre hakim bir noktada bulunan tarihi bir yapı. Külliye içerisinde yer alan camii, abartidan uzak, sade yapısı ile manevi açıdan etkileyici bir havaya sahip.
Külliyede bulunan ve uzak ülkelerden gelen kervanlarin mola noktası olan "Deve Hani" içerisinde yöresel ürünleri tatmak ve hediyelik eşyalar almak mümkün.
Külliye içerisinde bir de sahaf bulunuyor.
The İsmail Bey Kulliye, built by Candaroğlu İsmail Bey, is a historical structure that can reflect the spirit of the period in which it was built, and is located at a point that dominates the city. It is possible to taste local products and buy souvenirs in "Deve Hani", which is the stopping point of caravans from distant countries.
