★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok kaynak kitap var bu yüzden giren çıkan çok. aradığınızı bulabilirsiniz ama biraz uğraşmayı göze almalısınız. Çalışanların başına çok fazla müşteri düşüyor. Dar bir dükkan. Bu yüzden sıkışıklık daha da artıyor.
There are many reference books, so there are many in and out. you can find what you are looking for, but you have to risk a little bit of work. Too many customers per employee. It's a narrow shop. This is why the congestion is getting worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kardeşimin sınav kitapları için içeriye girmiştim elimde telefon bana attığı kitapların ismine bakıyordum içerideki çalışan diyor ki bana internet fiyatlarıyla aynı bizim fiyatlarımız, yahu iyi de ben internette açıp bakmıyorum ki. Sonra istediğim kitapların sadece bir tanesi ellerinde olunca ben de teşekkür edip çıkıyordum. Çıkarken kasaya kolay gelsin dedim tip tip suratıma bakıyorlar. Cevap bile vermediler. Daha önce sınav ihtiyaçlarım için hep oradan alışveriş yapıyordum bundan sonra içeriye adımımı atmam.

Ayrıca fiyatları kitaba neden yazmıyorsun dediğimde "Sana mı soracağım" dedi. Guleryuz sıfır müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır bir daha alışveriş yapmayacağım.
When I went to buy a kpss book today, I was treated badly. I asked the seller for the price of the book and said I will not buy it. Since I didn't receive it, he said, "Put that book back".
