★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent function centre. Not entirely sure why they need two (yes, not a singular) helipads. Maybe it’s for emergency dumps.
We had views of this effluvial masterpiece from our hotel window. Thankfully the smell didn’t reach the 9th floor. The architecture was interesting. I initially thought it was some kind of school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nowadays you have to take an appointment on line due to the COVID. This way is much, much, faster and efficient. Personnel is nice and helpful. Also, I forgot my cellphone, I returned 10 min later and the police have it back. That's one thing I love from this country. If you lose something, the chances of getting it back are 95%
