We went with some hesitation after reading reviews on the internet. Although the hotel is a 4-star hotel, it has its shortcomings. Spa and hammam parts need maintenance. The thermal pool is very small and some parts are moldy. The elevator is very narrow and neglected. Rooms need renovation. The floors in the rooms are tiled and slip when wet. At least, something like a carpet can be done. A kettle can be placed in the rooms and tea and coffee can be served to the guests. The meals and breakfast are delicious. It would be good to have drinks at meals. The staff is very concerned and helps with problems. The hotel needs some maintenance.

We certainly did not think that they knew about the buffet. A certain meal comes out like the military, if you don't eat it, you're hungry. We made a reservation for 3 nights, 4 days, 3 people. We wanted to try our luck by considering the good reviews regardless of the bad reviews and it was the worst decision we ever made.
