Journey to hedonism with all you would want at a holiday at one place - blueflag sea at a private bay with easy access by elevator or by a stroll down a botanical garden like path, sandy beach and pontone bridge to choose from with numerous sunbeds and umbrellas, rather big swimming pool for adults and a small one with a slide for kids, great variety of food with fantastic view to the sea from the main restaurant as well as from several restaurants a la carte particularly the charming fish one next to the sea, savoury hamburgers and ice-cream and cookies available 5h a day, animation team including aquarobic 2times a day, mini disco for kids, dart and other games, spacious lobby bar with piano recitals several times a day and several bars including the one on the beach and 2bars next to the pool, facilities for the kids in the garden and also within the main restaurant. All is very convenient for a calm family holiday, a romantic retreat but also a more dynamic holiday with water sports available for extra pay, lovely terasse bar with cocktails, a spa and a gym. Speaking about the down sides, hygene could be better, as well as the internet signal and English speaking staff which is limited to the reception. However, this is by no means to say that the hotel deserves less than 4* as according to my experience all three issues were solved within 1-2days by very devoted and hard working team (special thanks to Zehra and Murat, all the eversmiling waiters, cleaning girls and also the manager Ali). One should also note that this season is the first after complete shutdown due to COVID-19 pandemic so considering the circumstances l have only high five for the hotel and the staff so keep up the good work and a smile, guys and thank you all for making my Bodrum trip unforgettable!

Everything you can think of is terrible. Old rooms, uneducated staff, poor quality meals with almost no alternatives, very bad for kids. Loud music during the day doesn’t allow you to be silent and to keep your private area. Common places are dirty at all. So, simply a poor quality hotel I would never come again.

Animation program is very good. Food is delicious. Whole atmosphere is amazing. The sea is beautiful and clear. We are happy and satisfied with the staff. Also the choice of alcoholic drinks is great.

The beach is awesome. Sea is clear, first time Turkish sea is clear. Animation team is so kind and respectful. We just sleep at hotel, all day at beach. Internet is so bad, and this food isn't for me. Food variety can be increased. All regrets to animation team and beach, that is best here.

It's been an amazing stay for us here at the end of May 2021. We really like this hotel: all the amenities, the beautiful and clean territory. All the staff was so helpful and pleasant. It's like a small city with beautiful premises, shops, gorgeous lobby with live piano music and delicious Turkish tea in tulip glasses! Food is amazing - so tasty and something new each day! We are grateful for all the people working there for making our stay so unforgettable.

The hotel is connected to the beach and has it's own restricted beach area. You can get drinks there (also with alcohol) and from 12:00 pm to 05:00 pm also Turkish pizza / burgers. The Turkish pizza was good and the burgers were fine, but not as good as the pizza. However the remaining food offered in the hotel (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was average at best. Also the rooms weren't really clean, at least not as clean as you would expect from a 5-star restaurant. They also offer a la carte restaurants which can be visited twice for free during your stay. Sadly, we were unable to experience the two different restaurants, because the amount of reservations is very limited and you can't make reservations in advance. You can only do the reservation on the same day. The hotels location is okay (thanks to its direct connection to the beach), but going to the city and back is quite difficult. Especially accessing the hotel via car is very difficult (a narrow road with an extreme slope). The entertainment team 2021 did a good job and I liked the music they played at the beach. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. If the hotel food gets improved a bit, the amount of reservations possible for the a la carte restaurants increased and the hotel rooms get a thorough clean up, a 5 star rating would be possible.

Disgustingly dirty. Every public place from the outside tables, chairs, bar, toilets were dirty dirty dirty. The food was poor quality. Drinks were warm. Too loud thumping music all day. The staff were rude and would only be helpful if you slid them some money. They actually would suggest that heavy tipping would assure you better service. Just Horrible. It’s a shame because the hotel has potential, but it is run down and shabby all round, particularly the rooms. My wife became unwell after only two days. This place should be shut down.
