Bu kadar süre mağdur ettikleri yetmezmiş gibi bir de yanlış kitap geldi. Bu zaman kaybının hesabını veremez kimse. Telefonla arıyorum hep en az 90-100 kişi önümde sırada oluyor. Ulaşamıyorum. Verdiğim sipariş Ales kitabı, bana gelen Tyt kitabı. Hani kitabın renkleri aynı olsa neyse karıştı falan diye düşünebilirim ama biri yeşil, biri mavi. Ve bana gelen fatura da Ales diye yazıyor. Bu kadar sorumsuzluk görmedim. Yok corona, yok stok sıkıntısı falan bunlar bahane olamaz. Kaç yerden alışveriş yaptım bu dönemde hepsi de hatasız ve ellerinden gelen en kısa sürede getirdi siparişimi. Elinde stoğun yoksa sipariş verdiğimiz İnternet sitesine yazarsın stokta şu kadar ürün var veya stoklarımızda mevcut değildir diye. Bu iş bu kadar basittir. Hiç iyimser yönden bakamıcam 3 haftadır iyimser bakıyorum yoğunluk vardır, coronadan dolayı gecikmiştir diye. Ama yanlış kitap gelmesi son nokta oldu.
