Sosyal tesisleri narenciye bahçesi,piknik alanlarının bakım ve temizliği her daim yapılmakta. Önceden olimpik ve çocuk havuzu olmak üzere 2 havuzu vardı. Yenilenmesi için yıkıldı. Yenisi yapilmadi tek ekşisi bu diyebilirim. Es dostunuzla oturup çay içebileceğiniz özel çay bahçesi ,iki adet çarşısı,kırtasiye kuaför vs. Aklınıza gelebilecek her türlü hizmete sahip. Kendi özel güvenliği ile 24 saat hizmet vermekte. Belkide bir belediyedeki trafik işaretinden daha fazla trafik işaretine sahip. En önemliside bütün trafikteki araç ve yayaların olması gerektiği gibi birbirine saygılı olmalari It's very safe. Although it was built 40 years ago, it has a planned and projected structure.
