Medium quality garden from the oldest sites of the affiliate and the area is small, not too many gardens, some green space in the back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bağlıca 'da oturulabilecek tek villa sitesi, bodrumlu ve kapalı otoparklı olan ev tipleri çok güzel. Apartman katları aynı güzel tasarımda değil.
The only villa site where you can live in Bağlıca, the house types with basement and closed parking lot are very nice. Apartment floors are not in the same beautiful design.

One of the rare and decent sites of Bağlıca. Neighbors are respectful, houses are quite clean for the year. The house plan is beautifully created

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiziksel koşulları oldukça güzel. Yüzme havuzı ve yeşil alanı, çocuk parkı, tenis kordu, basketbol sahası var. Güvenlik elemanları, temizlik görevlileri güler yüzlü saygılı ve işini harika yapan insanlar.
Physical conditions are very good. There is a swimming pool and green area, playground, tennis court, basketball court. Security staff, cleaning staff are friendly, respectful and great people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8 yıldır burada yaşıyorum. Komşuluk ilişkileri güzel. Sitede 24 saat güvenlik var. Açık yüzme havuzu var. Hemen önünde metro ring otobüs durağı var. Yürüme mesafesinde süpermarket var.
I've been living here for 8 years. Neighborhood relations are good. There is 24-hour security on site. There is an outdoor swimming pool. There is a metro ring bus stop right in front of it. There is a supermarket within walking distance.
