★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hayatimda bu kadar rezil bir şube görmedim,resmen tembellik bürokrasisi işliyor yaklasik 75 dakikadir sira bekliyoruz bankanin dişinda.personel kaplumbaga hizinda işlem yapiyor..şube mûdürü zahmet edip dışari baksa bu adamlar ne bekliyo dese çözülecek ama sanirim umrunda degil.
 I have never seen such a shameful branch in my life, officially the bureaucracy of laziness has been operating for about 75 minutes, while we are waiting outside the bank. The staff is working at turtle speed .. If the branch manager bothered and looks outside, these men will be resolved, but I think he doesn't care.
