It’s a trash! Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

27.07.2019-03.08.2019/Anex Tour On the first evening, when my mother took a shower, a two-meter glass door in the shower fell on her. My mother received numerous cuts on her hands and throughout her body, the bathroom was in blood and in small pieces of glass. Also half of the room was covered with broken glass, as the door to the bathroom was open. Receptionist IRON AMBASSADOR SIDE BEACH ignored the request for a replacement number. Only 2 hours (!) After calling the Anex Tour hotline (2:00 am), we got another number: one and a half times less, dirty and next to the main building, where the sewer constantly stank. On 28.07, we submitted the complaint to the Anex Tour office (via the hotel guide) describing the incident and indicating that the replacement number was a lower class. On 30.07, the guide gave the answer: as compensation, the hotel allegedly put us in a room with a sea view, which is a vile lie (a photo of the tree view from the room is attached). No apology was received from the hotel. Per week stay: - the room was cleaned 3 times after the request for reception, - a safe (paid) was provided after 24 hours and 4 reminders at the reception, - blankets (we froze at night) provided half a day later and 4 reminders at the reception. On the territory and in the dining room there is a very slippery tile, adults and children often fall. There are only 2 outdoor air conditioners in the dining room, turned on at +30, which makes the stay at lunch in the room unbearable (air temperature - more than 30 degrees). Worst hotel we have been and disgusting reception staff. Rest in IRON AMBASSADOR SIDE BEACH is life-threatening, while the management ignored our problem and provided information that was untrue in response to an official Anex Tour request. The impression of a holiday in the IRON AMBASSADOR SIDE BEACH has been spoiled from the first day, I do not recommend this awful hotel to anyone.

I don’t recommend anyone to visit this hotel, it’s a very bad one, with a lack of professionalism from the staff of the front office, that kept me one hour to give me a room number at check in and this after I argued with them, and some of us ended up going in another place, becouse thay didn’t have rooms anymore, even if we booked the places weeks ago. The internet didn’t work even if they put me to pay 15 eur for the internet. In all hotel was a sewerage smell, in the lobby, in the room, at the eating pleace, near the poolside, at the seaside, all over. The air conditioning didn’t work in allot of rooms and there were people with small children. The food was owful, not close for a hotel that pretends having 5*. And I can go on with a few negative experiences, but I’ll make a conclusion, that it’s not worth it to spend the money and your nerves on such a place if you want to have a relaxed and enjoyable vacation!!!

5 stars?! Maybe 1!!!! The smell in the room is like you go to the public toilet!!! The noise from the highway won’t let you sleep all night!!! The curtains are not blackout, so at 6 a.m. you have the sun in your room, and if you want to sleep a little bit longer...there is no way!!! The floor is dirty from the first day, so you wear shoes if you don’t want to get dirty on your feet!!!!! You don’t have soap, shampoo or any products in the bathroom!!! I found just a bath cap for the hair!!! The shower cabin doesn’t have one door, so all the water is in the bathroom!!!

This hotel is definitely not 5* !! The customer service is terrible, disgusting coffee and very bad food. Many people from our group fell ill from the food and in most night we didn't have anything nice to eat. Poor customer service that became very frustrating during our stay. The staff simply don't have common sense and don't care about guest. At the lobby bar always long queues, with only 1 person serving!! The management should be more competent!! Also, this is not all inclusive, as they charge money for lots of things from ice cream, pop corn, any drinks after 23.00. Plus the strategy they use its disgusting. They finish with evening shows at 23.00 when all bars close so they can charge money for the same terrible drinks. It smells like toilet everywhere around the hotel. The beach is not looked after, with stones and dirty sunbeds. No toiletries in the rooms, no iron. This is not what you expect from 5*!! On the positive side, animation team is great and the swimming pool is nice.
