I made the same day payment for the order I placed on 2.12.2020 by transfer. I can see that the order is pending in order tracking on the internet pages. They don't answer the mail and the phone. It is not reliable, I recommend you not to buy in any way.

Ürünü aldıktan 10 sonrasında bile kargo ya verilmedi. Hepsiburada üzerinden aldım. Problem için hepsiburada' dan 4 defa kayıt oluşturduk, firma hiç birisine cevap vermedi. Hepsiburada daki müşteri temsilcisine "satıcının iletişim bilgilerini verebilir misiniz?" diyorum, arkadaş "bizde böyle bir bilgi yok" diyor. Kendim iletişim numaralarını internetten buldum, arıyorum ancak açan yok. Arama, mesaj derken sonunda açtılar. Anlattım, 10 gündür hala üründen haber yok, karşımdaki kişi "kargoya vermişte olabiliriz, vermemişte olabiliriz" şaka gibi. Kesinlikle yanında bile geçmeyin.
