Arkadaşım 15 gün önce özel plaka almış 500 TL.vermiş araya adam sokmuş bizim adamımız olmadığı için adamına göre muamele yapılıyor koskoca devlet dairesinde emniyete dahi güven kalmamış 3 farklı memur ayrı ayrı fiyat çekiyor
I wanted a special plate, not very special, actually 20 BKD 23 traffic registration lady wanted 1000 TL and the other 1500 TL.
My friend bought a special plate 15 days ago and gave 500 TL. He was treated according to his man because he was not our man who put a man in the middle.
