★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yöneticiler son derece amatör. Bir fabrika işletiyor gibi değil de bir dairede mahalleye iş yapıyorlar gibi yönetiyorlar. Belirli bir düzenleri ve disiplinleri yok. Ayrıca vardiya amirlerinden Ertunç adlı şahıs hakkında da çok fazla şikayet duydum.
 Managers are extremely amateur. They don't run a factory, they run it like they do business in an apartment. They do not have a specific order and disciplines. I also heard a lot of complaints about the shift supervisor Ertunç.
