★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eger ki Izmit Ortaokulu karsisindaki Turkcell bayii ise bu yorumu yazmayi ayrica istedim. 140 TL ye IPhone 11 model telefonuma, seramik en iyisi kenarlar dahil kirilma yapmaz dedikleri ekran koruyucu bir haftada catlamaya basladi. En dandiklerinden taksam bir yil idaere ederdi herhalde ki arkadaslara güvenip iyi birsey taktik güya. Bugün ugradim dedim catlamaya basladi taktiginiz koruyucu ne yapabilirsiniz… topu kibarca (bekledigim gibi) bana atip, birsey yapamayiz dediler. Demek ki müsteri memnuniyetinden anladiklari bu kadar. Bir daha asla Türkiye’de hicbir Turkcell bayiinde ekran koruyucu taktirmam. Gider kücük bir dükkanda taktiririm hem ucuz hemde uzun ömürlü olur.

My iPhone 11 model phone for 140 TL started to crack in a week, and the screen protector, which they said does not break, including the edges, is the best ceramic. If I was one of the most dutiful, he would probably spend a year trusting his friends and it was a good tactic. I said I stopped by today, it started to crack, what can you do with the protector you put on… They politely threw the ball to me (as I expected) and said we can't do anything. So that's all they understand from customer satisfaction. Never again will I have a screen protector installed at any Turkcell dealer in Turkey. I would recommend it in a small shop. It is both cheap and long-lasting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020 Eylül ayında hiç açılmamış tamir görmemiş iPhone 7 telefonumu batarya yüzdesi 85 e düştüğü için orjinal batarya ile değiştirmeye karar verdim arkadaşlar bataryayı değiştirdi zamanın parası 240tl yi verdim ama home tuşunu batarya değişimi sırasında bozdular yaparız dediler olmadı İstanbul a gönderdiler yaklaşık 1 sene oyaladılar dedim telefonu satın benim mağdurluğumu karşılayın tamam dediler ayrıca telefonlarıma da pek cevap vermiyorlar neyse bana 600tl gönderdiler sonra ne arayan var ne soran 2 yıl oldu benim Gül gibi iPhone 7 im 600 TL ye hiç oldu,burada tamir yaptırırken bence iyice bir düşünün çünkü hem mağdur hem suçlu oluyorsunuz ben töbe bir daha gitmem ve kimseye tavsiye etmem para kolay kazanılmıyor,işinde uzman kişilere gitmenizi tavsiye ederim
