★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İpekyolunun ürünlerini çok beğeniyorum fakat Forum Trabzon’dan aldığınız ürünlerin tadilatını kendiniz yaptırmalısınız. Aldığım son 2 üründe kullanılmaz haldeydi.
I like the products of Ipekyolu but I have to make yourself the modification of the products you buy from Forum Trabzon. The last two products I bought were unusable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle İPEKYOL markasını seven ve sürekli alışveriş yapan biri olarak mağazanızla çalışanlarınızın uyumsuzluğu beni benden aldı yarım saat içeride dolaştım karşılayan veya hoşgeldiniz diyen olmadı onu da geçtim bir ürün beğendim bedeni soracağım uzaktan bağırarak beden yok maalesef deyip kestirip atılması üstüne üstlük sinirlenip çıkarken araplara saldırırcasına tüm personelin onlara yönelmesi ne kadar da seçici olduklarının göstergesi... Yazık!
First of all, as someone who loves the İPEKYOL brand and constantly shoppers, the incompatibility of your store and your employees took me away. I wandered inside for half an hour and no one greeted or said welcome. It's a sign of how picky they are... Pity!
