Ürünlerle alakası olmayan ve benim onayim olmayan inceleme raporu oluşturup gonderdi. 11 gün boyunca incelenen ürünlere red cevabı geldi. Tüketici haklarına tamamen aykırı olan bu durumla ilk defa karşılaşıyorum. Herhangi başka bir mağazaya götürsem iadesi onaylanacak ürünleri keyfi olarak reddettiler. Haklarimi sonuna kadar savunacağım. Asla bir daha Ipekyol'a adım atmam.
 When I wanted to return the labeled and unused products, the store manager at the checkout said that they would send it to the headquarters for inspection. He created and sent an inspection report that had nothing to do with the products and was not approved by me. The products that were examined for 11 days received a rejection response. This is the first time I have encountered this situation, which is completely against consumer rights. They arbitrarily refused products that would be approved for return if I took them to any other store. I will defend my rights to the end. I will never step foot in Ipekyol again.
