Very expensive, treatment didn't help

Awful service, the guy at the cashier doesn't even smile and I bet he hates his job and animals, vets who don't even care and they overcharge. They couldn't even heal my little one from fleas. Don't go to this vet.

Do not visit this place if you value the health of any pet. This clinic does not know what they are doing, they provide unprofessional services, especially if you bring in a stray.

They did not help my animal and I have lost her. She was not diagnosed properly and treated for something else. I took her to another vet and they said she could be saved earlier, but it was too late. Stay away from them and go elsewhere!

We took my dog there because to be looked ofther while we travel when we got her back she wouldnt eat being sick come blood from the sick we took her back they did xray and blood test that cost over 1000tl they said ahe was depressed and she needed further treatment to bost her immune system up we didn't take her back again that night she brought up alot of blood and not eat then we took her to another veterinary they told done blood test and came back she got infected from other pets now shes in another veterinary and doing very well i hope she gets better pls take care of your animals in this place they dont care about animals onley money and people there are so rude pls take care

Please read, if you love your pet, don't take it to this clinic. We brought a street cat with broken leg. We chose this clinic because it was rhe closest. They operated him, gave him back and the cat still couldn't walk after 3 months (we kept him at home until he gets better, but he didn't). They operated only upper part, did nothing with the lower part of the leg. The lower part of the cat is completely loose, he can't step on it, it bends both ways! We took the cat back, it turned out THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO X-RAY OF the lower part of the leg. They kept the cat for a week and were calling us all the time to take the cat back, they said they won't do operation, but rehabilitation. We kept telling them to fix this leg until he can walk. They told us to pick up the cat, becaude he can walk again. We went there, they wanted to give the cat to us, but we asked them to show us how he walks. HE DIDN'T WALK, NOTHING IMPROVED. They kept him again. We came back after 2 weeks. No change. They didn't do any rehabilitation surely, as the woman - surgent was even surprised that the cat is a bit agressive, plus she said they put a supporter on his leg every day, but she couldn't even put it on in front of us. They are liars. THEY ARE SIMPLY LIARS. The woman surgent was abusing verbally her helper who couldn't find the x-ray of the cat. She was very rude to her, and she told her "one more time you do something like this, you are out". I felt very sorry for the girl, as she had tears in her eyes. The cat really struggles to walk, and they suggested us "this is only a street cat, just let him go like this, it will be fine" THIS IS WHAT A VETERINARIAN SAID. Please think twice before you take your pet over there. We are going to find another vet to fix the cat's leg and send the bill to this clinic. If they refuse to pay, we are going to sue them to the court. Another visit with other street cat at night - stuff very arogant while talking on the phone with our other vet we went to before with that cat. Didn't help us at all, and we came at night with emergency.
