A labor visa was not issued, although for half a year it was said that the process was ongoing, but was delayed through the fault of Turkish authorities. The salary was always delayed for 2-3 days, only a couple of times were paid on time. The calculation was issued on the last day of stay in the country, and not the last worker. Many succeeded “to the plane’s ramp”, someone received a Turkish bank card, which is difficult to get money from leaving Turkey, but the leadership does not care. Before arrival, they promised to pay for the trip home after the school year. When the time came - they delayed, as they could their refusal, just a circus! Only the actually allotted hours, holidays and vacations are paid - without payment, but teachers are involved in various kinds of work, cleaning and events, including those that the corporation conducts on a fee for Russian-speaking residents of the city. Naturally, teachers are not paid for the work. A couple of times they were involved in work in a kindergarten, which is also part of the corporation. Payment, of course, was not. There is also a system of fines for various "misconduct", or rather, the whims of leadership. They may delay the payment of salaries under various pretexts. Additional work for employees living at the hostel is supervised. Supervision of students living in a boarding house, since the management saved on everything, I had to watch the hotel and spend the night in a rented apartment, which was a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Duty from 18:00 to 01:00. Thus, it was necessary to return at one in the morning on foot alone. To ensure safety, Mr. Bikkenoglu himself gave the curator a whistle. The usual whistle, referring to the fact that the Turkish people are kind and will help in case of danger, is only a whistle. Then, in order to save, the duty time changed from 21:00 to 01:00. The next day, it was necessary to wake the students to the first pair, at 6:45. That is, come back to the hotel by this time. Then - from 8:30 to go to their classes. On duty days no schedule changes were foreseen. The quality of the lessons, of course, was declining, but this was the last concern for the leadership. Attitude towards teachers: disgusting! Constantly phrases are heard in the face that the teachers are freeloaders, lazy people, they have “only money and men” in their eyes, they came “for relaxation”. Constant "PUMP", rudeness, rudeness. Absolute disrespect for a person, work, profession, personal time.

I arrived in Turkey in August, at the invitation of administrations, I was met by my future colleagues, acquainted with the surroundings, with Antalya, with the school! The school is located in a beautiful picturesque place of Antalya! I really liked the school, the administration did everything possible to quickly obtain a visa and a good stay at the hostel! I like my work, I'm happy with everything! I want to live in this country and work in this school!

We went in today with our daughter, thinking about the opportunity to go to the first grade at this school. It all started with a phone call, talked directly with the director, specified the time of arrival, the answer was at 11.00, later everything was scheduled ... We arrived at exactly 11.00 and at the same time another family came with us, who were invited for the same time .... and since they were "by appointment" - we were asked to wait .... in the end, 30 minutes of waiting and the director came out to us. .. She started by not introducing herself ... we know that she is the director only from the video that she had previously watched on Youtube and, as it turned out later, the video filmed in violation of all the rules of this school ... So, the director leads us along the corridor, shows us the offices, the dining room and dance halls ... while my child walks with a children's camera, and, as it were, records a video ... records it as a preschooler can record .. .... suddenly the director, catching up with a six-year-old child, with a sharp movement closes the camera with his hand and takes it down with the words "filming is prohibited in our school, turn it off." Bravo! The spy has been exposed! Interestingly, do you know that filming inside your school is on Youtube? Or was the camera better camouflaged? And although we did not manage to complete the espionage mission, because after such a boorish act on the part of the director in relation to the child, an irresistible desire arose to leave this place. Perhaps the school is not bad, but it is hard to believe in it, if such an ignorant person leads it. Yes, I will also attach a photo of the "crime" weapon ... let you be ashamed)
