F	FERDA BULGUROGLU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 07/09/2017 tarihinde siparişimizi verdik bu bizim yaptığımız en büyük hataydı 22/10/2017 tarihiyle teslim edeceklerini taahhüt eden GAZİANTEP İNTER MOBİLYA ürünleri yarısını kırık (salon oturma grubundaki koltuğun ayağı,yatak odasındaki aynanın ayağı) ve eksik sekilde (tv konsolu,sandalyeler, gelip ölçülerimizi aldığı ve yapmayı vaad ettiği yatak bazası ve komidinler) Şöyleki ölçülerini alıp istediğimiz ölçüde yapacağını vaad ettiği baza 10 cm kalın komidinler 5 cm büyük olunca haliyle sığmadı.25/10/2017 tarihinde akşam saat 22:30 tarihi ile teslim ettiler elimizde fotoğraflar ve video mevcuttur ve geriye kalan eksik parçaların sadece bir kısmı 3 gün sonra teslim edildi kırık ve yanlış gelen parçalar ise 10/11/2107 tarihinde getirildi.Bu bir haftalık süreçte piyasadaki bu ürünü satan mobilyacaların izlenimlerine göre imalat hatasından dolayı köşe takımı kol kısmında iç elyafında bir kayma sonucunda bir defermasyon oluştu binbir zorlukla yenisiyle değiştriceklerini taaahhüt eden firma teşhir ürünü paketleyip getirerek yeniymiş gibi kandırmaya çalıştı daha montaj asamında cebinden senet çıkararak ödemenin %70 lik kısmını nakit almasına rağmen teslimat gerçekleşmeden ödemeyi almadan evi terketmiyeceğini belirterek ticari ahlak ve terbiyeden uzak bir tavırla hanemde huzurluk çıkarmıştır ve bu olayların tüm odağında herhangi gibi bir çalışan değil firma sahibi Şakir Bayram vardır özet olarak hiç bir söz ve taahütünü yerine getirmeyen bu firma müşteri memnuyeti deil paraya tamah eden bir ilke ile çalışmaktadır, bu iddalarımın hepsini video,fotoğraf,belge ve şahit eşliğinde kanıtlayabileceğimi bu firmadan alışveriş yapmayı düşünenen herkese taahhüt ederim.Kişisel olarak yaşadıklarımı anlattığım bu kısa özetin çok daha fazlasını yaşatan İnter mobilyadan 60 günlük bekleme süreci sonrasında düğünümüze bir hafta kala zorla iade edebildiğimiz köşe takımı sayesinde mağdur olduğumu belirtmek isterim.Yaşadığımız stres sıkıntı sinir harbide yanımıza kar kaldı.
