 They do not stand behind the product sold, I will apply for consumer rights. Boyle tradesman does not have such a trade understanding. Do not even go through the door of the store.

They don't deserve any stars... they don't stand behind the product they sell. The shoes I wore 2 times broke on my feet and they don't accept the product because it's a consumer fault.. I complained to consumer rights?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instreet mağazasından çocuğuma 2 adet ayakkabı aldım. Garanti süresi içinde iki ayakkabıda yırtılma ve deformasyon oldu. İncelemeye gönderdik. "kullanıcı hatası" diye yorum geldi. Converse botun bez kısmındaki yırtık nasıl kullanıcı hatası oluyor açıklama bile yapmadılar. Müşteri temsilcisi numarasını aradım ama ilgilenen olamadı. Bütün dostlarıma şikayetimi anlatıyorum. Tüketici hakları mahkemesine başvurdum. Şikayetim var'a da yazdım. Sonuna kadar haklarımı savunacağım.
I bought 2 shoes for my child from the Instreet store. Both shoes were torn and deformed during the warranty period. We sent it for review. The comment was "user error". They did not even explain how the tear on the cloth part of the Converse bot is a user error. I called the customer representative number but no one was interested. I tell all my friends about my complaint. I applied to consumer rights court. I also wrote to I have a complaint. I will defend my rights to the end.
