Müşteriyi dinlemeden yalancı diyen bir mağaza sorumlusu görevlendirmişsiniz. Düzce Krempark In Street mağazasından Eşime ayakkabıyı alırken spor salonunda giyeceğiz diye aldık. Mağazadan çıktık spora gittik 10-15dk sonra ürünün ayak numaralarının farklı olduğunu fark ettik. Yanımızda sporda giymek üzere ayakkabı olmadığı için mecburiyetten mağaza sorumlusunun işini düzgün yapıp kontrol etmeden verdiği ayakkabıyı giymek zorunda kaldık fakat 10 dakika giyince bir ayak sıktı ve çıkardık. Salondan çıkınca ürünün değiştirmek için ve doğru çiftini almak üzere mağazaya gittik mağaza çiftlerinin olmadığını söyledi ürünü kullanılmış olarak kabul edip rapor etmem, ürünü göndermem lazım ben bu ürünü kullanıldığı için reyona koyamam dedi eşimde zaten çifti olmayan ayıplı ürünü başka bir müşteriye satamazsın dedi. Ürünü uzun süre kullanmadığımızı ürünün ayıplı olduğunu diğer çiftini bulabilmeleri durumunda doğru ayakkabıyı zaten alacağımızı anlatmaya çalışmış olsak da sayın mağaza sorumlusu anlamamakta ve kendi konuşmasından bizi zaten duymamakta ısrarcıydı. Kullanmışsınız yalan söylüyorsunuz diye mağazanın ortasında müşterilerin içinde bizi suçlayan cümleler kullandı. Bunda yalan söyleyebilecek bir durum yok ayağın biri 45 biri 44 iken bir insan nasıl saatlerce ayakkabıyı kullana bilir. Evet giydik 10 dakika sonra biri sıktı spor yapamadık desek de mağaza sorumlusuna anlatamadık. Sırf zorluk çıkartmak için mağazanın kapanmasına 30dk varken karta iade alamam yarın gelin dedi ve iade işlemimizi yapmadı elimizde biri 45 biri 44 ayakkabı ile geri döndük. Lütfen görevlendirdiğiniz insanların üslup konusunda müşteri ile iletişimleri hakkında eğitimlerini almış olmalarına ve doğru yönetici seçmeye özen gösterin. Hiç kimseye eşinin ailesinin yanında yalancı diyemezsiniz. Böyle bir konuşma hakkına sahip değilsiniz! Serkan, the worst store manager I have ever seen in my life, has zero style, zero customer listening, zero solution-oriented communication. You have appointed a store manager who says he is a liar without listening to the customer. We bought the shoes for my wife from the Düzce Krempark In Street store because we would wear them at the gym. We left the store, went to the gym 10-15 minutes later, we noticed that the product's foot sizes were different. Since we did not have shoes to wear in sports, we had to wear the shoes that the store manager gave us without doing his job properly, but after wearing it for 10 minutes, he squeezed a foot and took it off. After leaving the salon, we went to the store to change the product and to buy the right pair. Even though we tried to explain that we did not use the product for a long time, that the product was defective and that if they could find the other pair, we would buy the right shoes anyway, the esteemed store manager did not understand and insisted on not hearing us from his speech anyway. He used sentences blaming us in the middle of the store, in the middle of the store, because you were lying.
