★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ankara Natavega alışveriş merkezi instreet mağazasında bir çift adidas spor ayakkabı aldım.ancak eve gittiğimde farkettimki ayakkabının bir tekinin rengi sararmış.hemen ertesi gün iade ya da değişim yapmak istedim ancak kesinlikle ilgilenmediler,hatta bir çalışan bana teşir ürünü olduğunu söyledi.direkt olarak değişim yapmadılar ve iki kere incelemeye gönderdiler.yine bir sonuç alamadım.kusurun kendilerinde olduğunu bile bile beni mağdur ettiler.
Edit : tüketici hakları hakem heyeti beni haklı buldu,para iadesi aldım.daha da buradan birşey almam.
I bought a pair of adidas sneakers at the Ankara Natavega shopping center instreet store. However, when I went home I realized that only one of the shoes was yellowed. I wanted to return or exchange the next day, but they were absolutely not interested, even an employee told me that it was a product of encouragement. They sent me for examination twice. I could not get a result again. They even knew that the defect was in their own hands.
Edit: the consumer rights arbitration committee found me right, I got a refund. I don't buy anything from here anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mağazadan alıp yarım saat AVM de dolasilan ürünü değişim almıyor incelemeye gönderiyor satana kadar asla söylemiyorlar hiç sorun olmaz yarın değiştiririz diyip satışı yaptıktan sonra mağaza müdürüne gidin yok alamam yok deforme olmuş yüzünüze bakmıyorlar yarım saat te deforme olacak ürünü neden o kadar yüksek fiyatlara satıyorsunuz inceleme sonucunda tüketici heyetine başvuracağım ama bir daha mağazanın önünden bile geçmem asla her yere yazacağım bu durumu yazık paramızla kepaze olduk
