★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 20.05.2020 tarihinde 16:06 saatlerinde kinetix marka ayakkabı aldım orda denedim tamam yanlardan biraz sıkıyordu çalışan arkadaş biraz esneme yapar dedi aldım akşam ayakkabıyı giyip biraz yürüyüş yaptım ve memnun kalmadım geri iade için gidip farklı ayakkabı almak istedim bu ayakkabı giyinmiş biz bunu alamayız denildi ben bu ayakkabıyı giymeden nasıl deneyebiliriz ve memnun kalmasam rahat iade edebiliyim bide covid 19 nedeniyle iade almayı taraftarı değiliz denildi
I bought kinetix shoes at 16:06 on 20.05.2020, I tried it there okay, a little bored from the employee, the employee said he would yawn a little, I bought the shoes in the evening and walked a little, and I was not satisfied, I wanted to go back for a refund and buy different shoes. How can we try this shoe without wearing it and I can easily return it if I am not satisfied?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nakit satın aldığım ürünü değişim yapamadığım için ( numarası kalmamış,başka mağazadan da getiremiyorlar,yapamiyorlarmış, çok zormuş) hangi İnstreet mağazasından aldıysam oraya iade edecekmişim. İstanbul'dan aldıysam ertesi gün Ankara'ya döndüysem nasıl olacak bu iş? Marka ayakkabı satan bir mağazalar zinciri için çok acınası bir durum. Hiç mi yeni imkanlara ayak uydurmaya çalışmıyor sunuz? Kimseye tavsiye etmem daha sağlıklı alışveriş imkanları sunan mağazalar var.
Since I couldn't exchange the product I bought with cash (they didn't have a number, they couldn't bring it from another store, they couldn't, it was very difficult), I would return it to any Instreet store I bought it from. If I bought it from Istanbul and returned to Ankara the next day, what would it be like? It's a very pathetic situation for a chain of stores that sell branded shoes. Do you ever try to keep up with new possibilities? There are stores that offer healthier shopping opportunities, which I would not recommend to anyone.
