A very nice place. There is a dirt road about 15 km after the serinder. A part of the road is fine, the last 5 km has a lot of trouble, but it can be reached easily even with a normal vehicle. Take something with you while the weather is going very cool. Since the road is long, it would be better to make a full day program, it may be more enjoyable to camp like breakfast, lunch and five tea or something.

Definitely a place to be seen. I think it was quite calm during this season, so I don't think it's too crowded. It takes an average of 1 hour. The road in general is nice, not very damaged by a normal car. There are suitable areas for camping. If there is a fire for the camp or for the barbecue, please let us use the previously burned fire places, in some places there are traces of burned fire before, and it does not look good at all. Finally there are water places at different points on the plateau, you will not have a problem with water.

It was a place that I have been wondering for a long time. I was lucky to go this weekend. Even though the road is not asphalt, it is not bad. I went from Çilekli and Katırözü highland.

Even in July, it is impossible to sit outside without lighting a fire at night. A must have sleeping bag. Don't forget to dress tight. While the thermometer showed 8 degrees in the plateau at 6 in the morning, it was 25 degrees in Başiskele and 30 degrees in Istanbul. Let's light a fire in places that were used before to start a fire. Let's not forget our garbage when we go.

İnönü Plateau It is a plateau surrounded by huge fir trees at an altitude of 1100 m on the southern skirts of Kartepe on the border of Kocaeli Sakarya. Transportation can be provided by both Yuvacık and Pamukova. You can even go for a day from Istanbul. There is a beautiful road that can be reached in 45 minutes from Yuvacık. Camping and picnicking can be done easily as a family in its wide meadows. The plateau has a fountain that flows like ice. There is also a toilet. The rocky hill formed by a landslide in the middle of the plateau is its characteristic feature. There are interesting trees in the forest. It has a beautiful nature, but those who come and leave garbage have started to disturb the natural environment. I do not recommend it to amateur campers, they do not pick up the phone, wild animals can come. I would recommend it to experienced friends, but please do not leave your garbage there and do not light your fire on the grass.
