Ayrıca şube büyük olmasına rağmen sınırlı sayıda da olsa insanlar içeride bekleyebilirlerdi, diğer bütün bankalarda içerde bekleyen müşteri olmasına rağmen Ordudaki şubede içeri almamaları çok ilginçti.
Bank staff are inexperienced and unfortunately do not know how to communicate with people. In addition, although the branch was large, people could wait inside, even if it was a limited number. It was very interesting that they did not let them in in the Ordu branch, even though there were customers waiting inside in all other banks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müşteri memnuniyeti sıfır. Müşteriye ses yükseltme kaba davranma hepsi var ben birşey kaybetmedim ama siz 2 müşteri kaybettiniz bir daha önünden bile geçmeyeceğim bir banka.
Zero customer satisfaction. Don't raise your voice to the customer, don't be rude, that's all. I didn't lose anything, but you lost 2 customers. It's a bank I won't even pass by again.
