Man ist zwar freundlich, es fehlt aber an Mitarbeitern um die Kunden zeitnah zu bedienen.
Freundlich und mit ein wenig Englischkentnissen.

Impossible to reach by phone. They don't even read the e-mail sent by their Customer Service. I always wish patience for those who fall for it.
