★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefona cevap veren yok. İnternetten kredi başvurusu yapıyorsun. Başvurun kabul edildi diyor. Bilgi almak için arıyorum hiçbir yere ulaşamıyorum. Birinci sırada olduğumu söyleyen sistem 30 dk dan fazla bekletti. Bankaya gittim pandemi var diye dışarda kuyruk oluyorsun. 20 dk da sadece iki kişi girdi. İşten o kadar uzun süre izin almadığım için dönmek zorunda kaldım.
No one answers the phone. You are applying for a loan online. It says your application has been accepted. I am looking for information and can not reach anywhere. The system, which said I was in the first place, kept it waiting for more than 30 minutes. I went to the bank and you are queuing outside because there is a pandemic. Only two people entered in 20 minutes. I had to return because I didn't take time off from work for that long.

they don't let anyone inside the branch, they wait outside and only take one person. An outdated practice. People are kept waiting in front of the door in a crowded way, disrespectful.

Indifferent, meddlesome, toll booth clerks who resist not to do business. This is the first time I have encountered such a lame environment in a bank branch. The woman talks about her weight on the phone. She has fallen from 75 to 54... I will not have any business with ING again.
