Employees seem indifferent, all of them are the managers of the branch. phones are not looking, you are looking at the first place says, you wait. You shouldn't give any stars, but it doesn't offer such an opportunity.

For 1 week, I am looking for the Gebze branch every hour. I couldn't reach it. Could it be such a ridiculous thing since the people are looking for a job?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu şubede tek çalışan var o kişi Güvenlik gorevlisi arkadaş. Ne zaman gitsem bu şubeye 40-50 kişi beklemede.Gişe elemanları eksik,çalışan gişe elemanları işlem yapmaktansa ,musterilerin canı sıkılıp defolup gitsinler çalışması var.Yorum yazabilmek adına yıldız verdim.
The only employee in this branch is that security friend. When I go to this branch 40-50 people waiting.Good elements are missing, working at the box office elements to make transactions, customers get bored and get out of work have to go.

Hepsiburada üzerinden alışveriş kredisi kullandım 1 haftadır ne gelen var, nede giden siparişi iptal edemiyorlar ortada asılı kaldım. Fiziki olarak bankaya gidemiyorum telefonla ulaşamıyoruz. ne olacak anlamadım. ( 1 yılıdız zorunluluktan verdim )
If you can't reach the bank over the phone, don't bother. I used shopping credit on Hepsiburada, they can't cancel the order for 1 week, neither incoming nor outgoing order. I'm stuck in the middle. I can't physically go to the bank, we can't reach the bank by phone. I don't understand what will happen. (I gave 1 star out of necessity)
