★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İğrenç bi bankadır kendileri, 3 gündür telefonu açan yok atom parçalıyorlar galıba şubenın içinde o yuzden epeyce yğunlar ve açamıyorlar boşuna yer işgal etmeseler iyi bence
They are a disgusting bank, no one picks up the phone for 3 days, I think they are splitting atoms, I guess that's why they are so busy in the branch and they can't open it, I think it's better if they don't occupy space for nothing.

They definitely don't answer the calls... the branch is full of disinterested staff who talk to the phone all the time while serving.

If the security gentleman stood at the counter instead of at the entrance, I'm sure he would be more helpful than them. It's both kind and relevant. A friend of the staff could not solve my problem, he says, from which channel we can solve it, what should I do, I say, I don't know. I had a bad experience thanks to them....

It is impossible to reach the Antalya Şirinyalı commercial branch by phone. Looking for especially the cashier Ms. Duygu, she cannot be reached. Please, we expect more empathy from you on this matter. This situation must be resolved urgently.

Türkiye nin en dandik bankası, babanızın faturasını bile yatıramıyorsunuz..beko taksidi vardı kimlik teki sen misin diye soruyorlar. taksit borcunu bile yatırtmıyorlar. kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum, İng banktan yardımsevmez kasiyerlerden uzak durun
ingbank is the worst bank in Turkey, it has no branches anywhere, they don't even let your brother pay his debt. They had branches in Çallı and they closed them. It only has branches in a place where there is no parking facility all the way through hell. It's the craziest bank in Turkey, you can't even pay your father's bill. There was a beko installment, they ask if it's you on the ID. They don't even pay the installment debt. I definitely don't recommend it, stay away from the unhelpful cashiers from the Eng bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually I'm a very fair customer. Easy to be satisfied about service and all. This time visit of this department nearly drove me mad. I came there for a third time. Always was crowdy with nearly 40 customers inside. I even don't know how do they treat because I had to wait for around 2 hours for my queue to come. So I've been losing my temper. Latest attempt I've asked personnel how can I get my password to enter my bank account if I can't get an appointment within 2 hours, and this is my third visit same way. The answer was that I have to be patient. Never in another bank I have been treated this way. Have to admit that security was more helpful, and adviced me to visit another department.
