Terrible "authoritative" service

I took my car for service. They dropped me off at my workplace with their own vehicles and picked me up at the end of the shift with their own vehicles. The staff was smiling and engaging. Service manager was good

I have never seen such a disgraceful dealer who doesn't care about the customer. I'm calling from customer service to buy 0 vehicles, they don't replace people.

On 28.07.2021, I delivered my vehicle to Kayseri BMW authorized service for checkup. Engine oil and filter changed. Thanks to the e** gentleman who took care of me, he helped. I took delivery of my vehicle, there was no problem until here, I left satisfied. While I was on the road, 2-3 minutes later, there was a sound from the trunk, I found the inner cover of the right taillight LED headlight inserted, the taillight LED was inoperative. I returned again and reported the incident to the service, although the lady in charge showed the camera footage, I was not convinced, because the complete duration is not seen in the records (the price of the LED headlight is 2250 TL). They took no responsibility for what happened. They didn't even offer to compromise, I'm afraid this service has been a sad and tiring day for me.
