On 28.07.2021, I delivered my vehicle to the Kayseri BMW authorized service for a checkup, and the engine oil and filter were changed. Thanks to Mr. Emrah, who took care of me, he was helpful. I took delivery of my vehicle, there was no problem until here, I left satisfied. While I was on the road, after 2, 3 minutes, there was a sound from the trunk, I found the inner cover of the right rear stop led headlight removed, the rear stop led was inoperative. I came back and reported the incident to the service, although the lady Nihal, who is in charge, showed the camera recording, I was not convinced because the complete duration is not seen in the records (the price of the led headlight is 2250 TL). They did not accept any responsibility for what happened, they did not even offer a compromise, it was a sad and tiring day for me at this service, I definitely do not recommend Kayseri BMW authorized service, please stay away leds
