For example, despite the expensiveness of the cakes, they are very bland and empty, you eat cake and cream. The tahini wrap is very nice, but it seems to me that the tahini is getting less and less. As for the baklavas, I did not buy the very expensive ones, but the standard walnut baklava did not seem very tasty to me. Tulumbasi is not crispy, it should be crispy on the outside. It is very soft and expensive. Even in a patisserie in Kayseri where I really like the tulumba, its weight is 35 liras, but 50 liras per kilo here, I think.
