★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the veal and it was very good, the meat was very tender and fresh with great seasoning. The workers were super nice and made the experience so enjoyable, they sat down and had a chat with us! Also the resident dog Mia is the cutest, her favourite meal on the menu is the lamb shank! The only tip for improvement would be to increase the portion sizes as I was still hungry after my meal, but top top place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking for a nice place in Göreme close to our hotel we came across this little jewel.
We had the kuzu incik (lamb shank) which was flavourful but not overwhelming, expertly roasted, accompanied by white rice and some sweet vegetables. Ordered a delicious haydari (yoghurt, garlic, cucumber and mint) on the side.
We also had the pastırmalı humus (warm hummus with pastrami), a fantastic combination of spiced hummus and excellent quality charcuterie that left us delighted.
We closed the night off with the kabak tatlısı (pumpkin glacé with peanut sauce), a dessert I knew from when I was a kid but never realized was Turkish. Flawlessly executed.
Fabulous, sweet red local (didn't ask but likely öküzgözü) and some tea.
Very reasonable price and great, great service.
Absolutely recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place! From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcomed. The staff were very attentive, and the lamb chops were delicious! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with music playing, featuring a variety of songs. I was pleasantly surprised when I collected my jacket, and found it to be warm. The coat rack has warmers to keep your jacket warm!! Wow!
