Savsakladığı işimi kendim takip edince "sen müşteri hizmetlerini niye arıyon" diye hesap sorması, teee fabrikadan Okan Bey'e ulaşıp kendi göbeğimi kendim kesmem, fabrikanın onay verdiği değişimde bile bir hafta sonrasına bakarız diyerek gün vermesi, kalitesini çok iyi bir şekilde belli etti. Bir yıldız bile fazla.
İnci Akü markasını tenzih ederim. Son derece ilgili, müşterisinin derdini kendi derdi gibi çözen bir firmaymış. Bayinin hatasını markaya yüklemeyelim.
