I decided to go to İncex Arena after scrutinizing it over the internet. You won't believe it, but with a short analysis, Mr. Ufuk told my body what it needed and we started training. I'm in the 4th session right now, I'm not bored, I'm not bored and I started to get physically tighter visibly. I experienced serious thinning, tightening and weight loss in a short time, and at the same time, kickboxing was so popular that it will be a part of my life, besides it is very good for me psychologically. It was a journey where I felt very well both physically and psychologically, and I reached my goal. At the same time, I was greeted with a smiling face and joy every time I went to the workout. Choosing İncex Arena was one of the best decisions I made :)

I have been training kickboxing with my teacher Ufuk for about 2.5 months and I realize that for the first time in my life I have become stronger and my self-confidence has increased in such a short time.
