Kursların bir çoğu ücretsiz olarak devam etmektedir. İncesu Halk Eğitim Merkezi Türkiye'de okul dışında öğrenme imkanını sunan ve tüm ülkede teşkilat yapısı bulunan, gençlere okul dışında farklı konularda bireysel gelişim imkanları sunan eğitim kurumlarıdır.
 In the centers that have training opportunities for the development of young people who either dropped out of school or attended school and graduated from school in many different subjects, besides technical trainings, trainings on social and cultural issues were offered to the participation of young people. Most of the courses continue for free. Offering the opportunity to learn outside of school İncesu Adult Education Center located in Turkey and the organizational structure of the whole country, out of school youth issues in different educational institutions are offering personal development opportunities.
